Description
WILLIAMS, District Judge. Plaintiffs-Appellees George A. Stookey and Janet R. Stookey (the "Stookeys"), d/b/a Teller Training Institute of Indianapolis, brought suit against defendants-appellants Teller Training Distributors, Inc. ("TTD"), Teller Training Institutes, Inc. ("TTI") and David Lonay ("Lonay") for deceptive franchise practices, common law fraud, and related claims. Defendants appeal the district court's finding of contumacious conduct on the part of Lonay, and the subsequent entry of default judgment in plaintiffs' favor. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
